1 – TEST DAYS – REFUND POLICY
Entry into test days (practice days) are non-refundable in any circumstances.
If you can no longer make the test day, for whatever reason, and you wish to redeem the money for your entry, you must:
- Find another person willing to take your place and in the same class as your entry (e.g. if you are a Rookie driver you must find another Rookie driver)
- Sort out the payment between the replacement driver and yourself
- Email racing@bukc.co.uk stating the name and university of the person replacing your entry
- If notice of a change of driver is given less than 48 hours prior to the start of the Test Day, Club100 reserve the right to refuse the change of driver and the right not to issue a refund
2 – RACE DAYS – REFUND POLICY
QUALIFIERS
Payment for entry into the qualifiers is non-refundable in any circumstances.
CHAMPIONSHIP RACE DAYS
A new deposit system is being put in place for the 2023 season.
After the qualifiers, Club100 will be in touch to confirm the exact number of teams your university will be entering into the Premier and Inters events.
Once the numbers of teams are confirmed, Club100 will issue an invoice with a 25% deposit for each event remaining in the championship. This invoice will need to be fully paid by Fri 16th December. Any teams who haven’t paid this deposit invoice will lose their entry into the championship and a reserve team will be given their place.
The money on the deposit invoice will be drawn down for each event, so that only 75% of entry fees for each event will be due.
In order to receive a full refund for an event which you have paid for, you must email racing@bukc.co.uk stating your intention to remove your entry from the event.
IMPORTANT: If your team pulls out of an event less than 21 days prior to the event, then that team will lose their 25% deposit for that event.
For clarity:
- A team pulling out of an event with 21 or more days notice, will be eligible to receive the full refund including the money on deposit for that event.
- A team pulling out of an event with less than 21 days notice, will not be eligible to receive any refund at all. This means forfeiting the money held on deposit for that event and any money paid for the remaining balance for that event.
3 – DRIVERS CHAMP – REFUND POLICY
Entry into drivers championship is non-refundable in any circumstances.

- Sort out the payment between the replacement driver and yourself
- Email racing@bukc.co.uk stating the name and university of the person replacing your entry
- If notice of a change of driver is given less than 48 hours prior to the start of the Drivers Championship, Club100 reserve the right to refuse the change of driver and the right not to issue a refund
